Camaro U-Bolts and Strap & Bolt Sets
Denny's Driveshafts offer a variety of Chevrolet Camaro attaching hardware. The typical Camaro rear end pinion yoke utilizes a strap and bolt design to hold the rear universal joint into the yoke. Disconnecting the 4 bolts and 2 straps is necessary to remove the driveshaft to from the car.
Denny's offers both the original equipment strap and bolt set and also the u-bolt set as replacements to match your existing pinion yoke hardware.
A strap and bolt style pinion yoke will have 4 threaded holes for the bolts to thread into.
The u-bolt style pinion yoke will have 4 holes drilled straight through.
Please measure your pinion yoke saddle where the bearing cap fits into before ordering. The 1310 and 1330 series pinion yokes will be machined for a 1.062 bearing cap and the GM 3R series will be machined for a 1.125 bearing cap. The 1350 series will be machined for a 1.187 bearing cap.
