FOR SENDING DRIVESHAFTS FOR SERVICE or SENDING PARTS:  Please be sure to include your full name, address and phone number when sending shafts or parts to us.   Please include a detailed description of what is needed.

FOR RETURNS: You MUST obtain an RA Number from us for all return goods.   We will not accept any package that does not have the RA Number posted prominently on the outside of the package.   You MUST fill out and send the product return form with your item(s)....see next line below.

Please be sure to purchase the appropriate amount of insurance for any and all items that you ship to us.  We are not responsible for shipping damage on any item that you have shipped.  All damage claims will be the responsibility of the sender.
    
Please note: Any additional cost for duties, brokerage fees, tariffs and or taxes on international shipments will be the responsibility of the sender.

• You may also order online anytime 24 hours a day. 
•   After you submit your online order you will receive 2 emails.   
•      First email will be your paid receipt for your records.
• Second email will be for "Dimension Confirmation" where you will be requested to type in all of the dimensions for the appropriate measuring diagram for your order.
  

Due to the large number of e-mails received daily we ask that you check the FAQ page first to find the answer to your question.

Most e-mail will be answered as soon as we have time to do so. During the busy season, February through November, response time may vary.
