RETURNS:
- IF WE MADE A MISTAKE....NO PROBLEM we will take care of it.
- IF YOU MADE A MISTAKE OR DO NOT WANT OR NEED SOME OR ALL OF THE PARTS THAT YOU ORDERED....PLEASE READ BELOW:

NO custom built driveshaft will be accepted for return. NO Refund.
- NO SPECIAL ORDER or FACTORY DIRECT items will be accepted for return. NO Refund.

The merchandise must be returned to us within 60 days of purchase date or it will not be accepted for return.

The RA Number MUST be written on the OUTSIDE of the box.

All returns delivered to us without the RA Number on the OUTSIDE of the box will be refused and returned back to you.
- It is important that you send the completely filled out Return Form with your returned parts. If you fail to do so we will not be able to issue any credit.

We will not issue any refund on items that have been installed or used or if they show signs of being installed, abused, damaged or rust.

Denny's Driveshafts will inspect the item very carefully and if it is found to be used or installed, damaged or rusted or in a condition that renders it unsellable we will not issue any credit.

REFUND AMOUNTS: READ THIS CAREFULLY

IF WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN within 30 days of the original order date a 20% restocking/handling fee will be charged on any order that is returned.

IF WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN between 31 to 45 days of the original order date a 25% restocking/handling fee will be charged on any order that is returned.

IF WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN between 46 to 60 days of the original order date a 40% restocking/handling fee will be charged on any order that is returned.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ......AFTER 60 DAYS of the original order date.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: Please note that if you have purchased the wrong item you can return it without incurring the handling fee by making a second purchase for the correct item. All that you will need to do is to put a note in the Comments Section of the online order form telling us the ORDER NUMBER of the second order for the correct part. Please be sure to make that second purchase before you send back the original item.

We do not refund any shipping costs for any item regardless of shipping method. Shipping methods are typically described as Ground, Overnight Air, Second Day Air, 3 Day Select, any other shipping service for items shipped outside the US and also US Mail and any of its various service options.

Your refund will be applied to the credit card number or PayPal account that you used when you placed the order. Returns are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the returned items. Please be sure to give us accurate billing information so we can issue the credit correctly.

DELIVERY REFUSAL:

No custom built driveshaft orders will receive any refund for any circumstances if delivery is refused.

If you refuse a delivery or the package is returned to us as undeliverable the Shipping costs for that package will not be refunded.

If you refuse a delivery....The Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

PLEASE NOTE that if you selected UPS or FedEx Shipping for your order and if you refuse delivery of that order as per UPS policy it will be returned back to us using the same shipping method that you originally selected for your order. For EXAMPLE if you originally selected UPS GROUND when you placed your order the refused package will be returned back to us by UPS GROUND. The return costs will be based on UPS GROUND Rates.

IMPORTANT: If you originally selected OVERNIGHT AIR, SECOND DAY AIR or 3 DAY SELECT when you placed your order the refused package will be returned back to us by OVERNIGHT AIR, SECOND DAY AIR or 3 DAY SELECT. POLICY is to return the package using the same shipping method as was selected for the original delivery. The return costs will be based on the higher cost Rates. You can avert this extra higher cost shipping expense by accepting the package, obtaining a Return Authorization Number from us and shipping it back by the lower cost GROUND service or by US MAIL.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Custom built driveshaft orders can be cancelled up to 7 days from the order date for a full refund. No Driveshaft order can be cancelled after it has been built or after it has been shipped. If for any reason you want to cancel your Driveshaft Order be sure to do it right away because once it is fabricated it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
- SPECIAL ORDER Items cannot be cancelled.
- Parts Orders can be cancelled by phone or by email if done before it is shipped out.

IF your Parts order has been SHIPPED OUT and you selected Shipping for your Parts order we may be able to retrieve the package but please note that the cost charges for that retrieval service will be deducted from your credit. The credit minus the retrieval cost will be issued once we receive the package back at our facility.

IF your Parts order has been SHIPPED OUT and you selected US MAIL shipping for your Parts order we cannot retrieve that package once it has been handed over to the US Postal Service. At this point you should wait until you receive the package and then return it to us prepaid shipping. If you refuse the package we will deduct the cost of the returned postage from your credit.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
No warranty express or implied applies to any part or service offered by DENNY'S DRIVESHAFT SERVICE INC. Purchaser or user assumes all risks from the use of any item or service purchased or acquired. Purchaser is advised to have a properly constructed driveshaft loop or loops installed prior to installing and using the driveshaft. We will however, replace the driveshaft or refund the full purchase price as described on the original invoice to the original owner if weld breakage or tube twisting or tube breakage occurs. Not to exceed the original advertised statement involving the description "If you ever twist our steel tubing or break our steel welds...we'll replace it FREE". If a u-joint breaks and damages the entire unit the replacement of the drive shaft will be at the expense of the owner. We cannot be responsible for universal joint breakage due to the many circumstances that we have no control over. Excessive joint angle, lack of maintenance or improper universal joint series due to the purchaser understating the intended usage, or the addition of horsepower over and above that which the driveshaft was originally built for, improper installation, usage of driveshaft in another vehicle other than the one it was built for, to name a few examples. We cannot be responsible for conditions that we have no control over. Driveshafts purchased from a vendors catalog, driveshafts purchased from a car builder or any source other than directly from Denny’s must be handled through the original seller. Please contact them directly. If you purchase a used driveshaft from an online auction, such as ebay, or from a classified ad or swap meet be very careful to be sure the driveshaft is really a Denny’s Driveshaft. If you know the original purchasers name you can verify its authenticity by calling us. The fact that the driveshaft has a sticker or label on it with our name on it does not mean it is one of our driveshafts. There have been a few cases in which our decals have found their way onto a driveshaft that we did not build.

- PayPal payment is possible if shipment is going to the "confirmed shipping address" on the PayPal account. Please contact us by email so we can assist with placing the order.
- US Post Office MONEY ORDERS are accepted for payment. Please contact us by email so we can assist with placing the order.
ADDITIONAL PAYMENT TERMS: Sorry we do not accept any other forms of payment and we do not ship COD. All New York State businesses that are purchasing from us “TAX EXEMPT” must provide us with a signed and properly filled out NY State Sales Tax Exempt form mailed to us and received by us BEFORE the purchase is shipped. We will only ship to the address of the tax exempt business.
*Customers outside the USA
- Minimum order amount is $250.00. NO Exceptions. This does not include the cost for shipping in the minimum.
- Payment must be made by Bank Wire Transfer only. No other form of payment is accepted
- Please send email to tech@dennysdriveshaft.com listing the quantities and part numbers of what you need and also a shipping address for this order.
- DO NOT SEND any attachments in this email or it will be automatically deleted.
- We prefer shipping addresses within the continental USA if possible
- Shipping addresses outside the US will be quoted using UPS shipping and the quote will expire 7 days after we send it to you.
- You can arrange your own shipping with pickup at our location but you MUST have all necessary paperwork completed and sent to us prior to shipment release.

The Denny's Driveshafts shopping cart will automatically estimate shipping costs and will present you with one or more shipping options at the time of checkout.
With one or more products in your shopping cart, you can also use the shipping calculator to estimate shipping before starting the checkout process.
Please note that every effort is made to provide accurate shipping estimates, however discrepancies may still occur. In the unlikely event that your actual shipping cost is significantly different than estimated at the time of checkout, Denny's Driveshafts will contact you.
SHIPMENTS
All orders are shipped FOB KENMORE, NEW YORK.
FREE SHIPPING* - All orders received where the customer has selected "Free Shipping" will be shipped by the carrier of our choice. We use UPS, USPS and FedEx.
APO/FPO Shipments
- Denny's Driveshafts will ship to US Military APO and FPO addresses. To place an order that will be shipped to an APO or FPO address please send an email to tech@dennysdriveshaft.com with a full list of what you need and also the full shipping address so we can help you with the order.
- Please put "APO/FPO Order Question" in the Subject Line so that we can answer promptly.

- If your order contains any TUBING or SPECIALLY MACHINED PARTS it will not ship out until the next business day...no exceptions.
- If your order contains any FACTORY DIRECT PARTS and you have chosen GROUND SHIPPING they will be shipped out within one or two days depending on the factories schedule....NOT our schedule.
- If your order contains any FACTORY DIRECT PARTS and you have chosen 3 Day Select, 2 Day Air or Overnight Air SHIPPING they will be shipped out same day if possible but we cannot guarantee it.
- PARTS ORDERS where you have chosen FREE SHIPPING and we RECEIVED it BEFORE 2 PM EASTERN TIME

CLAIMS
Damage claims must be made to the freight carrier and to Denny's Driveshafts no later than the first business day after receiving your order. Under no circumstances are you to install or use any item that you feel is damaged in shipping or if it does not fit correctly.
