Camaro Pinion Yokes
Denny's Driveshafts offer a variety of Chevrolet Camaro Pinion Yokes for the 8.2 inch 10 bolt, 8.5 inch 10 bolt and the 12 bolt rear ends in 1310, 1330, 1350 series and GM 3R series.
The typical Camaro rear end pinion yoke utilizes a strap and bolt design to hold the rear universal joint into the yoke. The u-bolt style was also used. Denny's offers both the original equipment strap and bolt design and also the u-bolt design as replacements.
Please measure your u-joint width before ordering. The 1310 pinion yoke will measure 3.219 inches (3 7/32) between the locating tabs and the 1330 will measure 3.625 inches (3 5/8) between the locating tabs . Both will have a 1.062 inch (1 1/16) bearing cap diameter.
The GM 3R series does not have any locating tabs to center the u-joint. The inside span of the GM 3R series pinion yoke where the "C" clips lock and center the u-joint in place is 2.562 inches (2 9/16) and the bearing cap diameter is 1.125 inches (1 1/8). The GM 3R series pinion yokes can be either strap and bolt style or u-bolt style.
